3. How to Exercise Your Personal Information Rights

If you encounter any problems while using the app, you can contact customer service via WeChat within the app or send an email to the address above. We will reply and resolve the issue within one day.

4. Sensitive Permission Collection Methods

a) Upon app launch, a pop-up window will display the privacy policy and user instructions. No third-party SDK will be initialized or user permissions collected before the user agrees to the relevant policies.

b) Within the app, sensitive permissions are required before users can use certain functions. The app will inform the user of the usage scenario for the permission request via a pop-up window. The user must agree before requesting the relevant permissions.

5. Phone Hardware Information

a) The Video Face Swap Assistant will not collect your phone's hardware information, nor will it send such information to any third party.

b) The Video Face Swap Assistant also prohibits any third party from collecting, editing, selling, or disseminating your personal information by any means. If any Video Face Swap Assistant platform user engages in the above activities, the Video Face Swap Assistant has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with that user upon discovery.

6. Impact on Personal Rights

In the following circumstances, the Video Face Swap Assistant will disclose all or part of your personal information in accordance with your personal wishes or legal requirements:

a) To provide the products and services you request, the user needs to agree to the permission requests initiated by the APP to the system.

b>All information collected by the app is for internal use only. Except for user information collected by Umeng for daily active user statistics, no information will be sent to any third party.

c>If you discover that your personal information has been misused or leaked, you can request disclosure to administrative or judicial authorities, or to third parties or administrative/judicial authorities; you can also file a complaint with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) (MIIT currently has three government service hotlines: 12300, 12321, and 12381).

d>If you violate relevant Chinese laws, regulations, or the video face-swapping assistant service agreement or related rules, we also have the right to pursue your legal responsibility.

7. Special Notes on Facial Data

a) Data Collection: We analyze the videos and photos you upload to identify facial feature points (such as eyes, nose, and mouth) for facial processing. We do not collect facial data.

b) Scope of Use: The facial information extracted from videos and photos is only used during the face-swapping process (limited to memory operations). After the analysis process is complete, all data will be deleted, and no data will be saved. Facial data will not be stored in any file or database.

c) Whether it is provided to third parties. Video Face Swap Assistant also prohibits any third party from collecting, editing, selling, or disseminating your personal information by any means. If any Video Face Swap Assistant platform user engages in the above activities, Video Face Swap Assistant has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with that user upon discovery.

d) Face Data Retention Duration. We will not retain any facial biometric information. Once the face swap is complete, all facial biometric information nodes will be deleted. The generated result file will only be saved for 24 hours to allow users sufficient time to download it to their local phones. After this time, all user-related files will be deleted.

8. Use of Face Data

a) User-uploaded photos or selfies will be sent to the third-party AI service provider because we rely on such services.

b) User-submitted photos and videos will only be saved on our server for 24 hours. This allows users to access their history and download the converted work. After 24 hours, the data will be deleted.

c) The third-party AI service will delete all data 24 hours after completing the face swap operation.

9. Sensitive Information Description

The Video Face Swap Assistant will disclose all or part of your personal information in accordance with your personal wishes or legal requirements under the following circumstances:

a) Disclosure to third parties with your prior consent;

b) Sharing your personal information with third parties is necessary to provide the products and services you request;

c) Disclosure to third parties or administrative or judicial bodies as required by law or by administrative or judicial authorities;

d) Disclosure to third parties is necessary if you violate relevant Chinese laws and regulations or the Video Face Swap Assistant service agreement or related rules;

e) Disclosure to the respondent at their request if you are a qualified intellectual property rights complainant and have filed a complaint, so that both parties can handle potential rights disputes;

f) In a transaction created on the video face-swapping assistant platform, if either party to the transaction has fulfilled or partially fulfilled their obligations and requests information disclosure, the video face-swapping assistant has the right to decide to provide the user with necessary information such as the contact information of their counterparty to facilitate the completion of the transaction or the resolution of disputes. g) Other disclosures that the video face-swapping assistant deems appropriate under laws, regulations, or website policies. b) 10. 11. How We Store Your Personal Information

a) Account Cancellation

We provide you with a way to cancel your account. Subject to the terms of our service and relevant national laws and regulations, you can submit an account cancellation application in "My" - "Settings" - "User Cancellation".
