There are watermarks after the video or picture is changed, and it is prohibited to remove the watermark.

4. Third-party SDK, purpose of use
The software integrates Umeng SDK, the purpose is to let developers understand the user's active situation, we promise not to disclose personal information

The software integrates WeChat SDK, the purpose is to allow users to use WeChat payment.
5. Purpose of collecting sensitive information such as device MAC address, software installation list, etc.
a) Video Face Changing Assistant provides you with normal services, which requires the help of some system permissions. In order to provide you with better services, please agree to some permissions during the use of the APP;
b) When you register a video face-changing assistant account, you need to authorize your WeChat according to the requirements of the video face-changing assistant. We only use your WeChat information to identify a user;
c) When you use the video face-changing assistant network service or visit the video face-changing assistant webpage, the video face-changing assistant automatically receives and records the information on your browser and computer, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, access date and time, software and hardware feature information, and web page records you need;
d) User personal data obtained by the video face-changing assistant from business partners through legal means.
6. How to collect sensitive information such as device MAC address, software installation list, etc.:

b) After the user uses the privacy agreement, the APP initializes SDKs such as Umeng and initiates permission application to the system.

d) All permissions used in the APP are limited to use within the APP, and no data will be sent to any third party except Umeng.

a) Video Face Changing Assistant will not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party unless you have obtained your prior permission, or the third party and Video Face Changing Assistant (including Video Face Changing Assistant's affiliated companies) provide services to you separately or jointly, and after the end of the service, it will be prohibited from accessing all of the information it previously had access to.

10. Special instructions for facial data
a) Data collection: We analyze the videos and photos you upload and find the facial features (such as eyes, nose, and mouth points) in the videos and photos for facial processing. We do not collect facial data.
b) Scope of use: The facial information of the videos and photos we extract is only used in the face-changing process (limited to operations in memory). After the analysis process is completed, all data will be deleted and no data will be saved. Facial data will not be stored in any file or database.
c) Whether it is provided to third parties for use. Video Face Changing Assistant also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or disseminate your personal information by any means. If any user of the Video Face Changing Assistant platform engages in the above activities, once discovered, Video Face Changing Assistant has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with the user.
d) How long facial data is stored. We will not store any facial biometric information. When the face swap is completed, all facial biometric information node data will be deleted. We will only store the generated result files for 24 hours, so that users have enough time to download them to their local mobile phones. All user-related files will be deleted after this time.

15. How we save your personal information
a) Account cancellation
We provide you with a way to cancel your account. In compliance with the terms of our service terms and relevant national laws and regulations, you can submit an account cancellation application in "My" - "Settings" - "User Cancellation".
